Reservations and Bookings

Booking Process

• Full payment is due at the time of reservation
• A valid credit card must be on file for incidental charges

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by rate and room type:

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds or changes allowed
• Special Packages: Cancellation terms vary; refer to specific package details
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid photo identification is required at check-in
• The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Respect other guests and maintain acceptable noise levels
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy for your room
• Not smoke in non-smoking areas
• Not bring pets unless in designated pet-friendly rooms
• Take responsibility for any damage to property caused by you or your guests
• Comply with all hotel policies and local laws

Liability and Damages

Westside Apartment and Suites is not liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Injuries sustained on the property unless caused by our negligence
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Additional charges may be applied for cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged items.

Amenities and Services
